Welcome to brevph! By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “User”) and brevph (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Your access to and use of our application signifies your acceptance of these terms.

2. Services Provided

brevph offers online review materials, mock exams, and resources for board and civil service examinations. The services are provided as-is and as-available, subject to the terms outlined herein.

3. User Types

brevph provides access to its platform through two types of users:

  • Lite Users: Lite users are non-paying users with limited access to the platform's resources. Lite users can:

    • Practice up to 10 questions per day.
    • Access basic study materials.
    • Not access Mock Exams.

  • Plus Users: Plus users are paying subscribers who enjoy full access to the platform. Plus users can:

    • Practice an unlimited number of questions per day.
    • Access all premium study materials.
    • Access exclusive Mock Exams, subject to the following restriction:
      • Mock exams can only be availed once per week per subject to ensure fair usage and focus on preparation.

By subscribing as a Plus User, you agree to the terms related to payment and subscription as detailed in Section 8 of this Terms of Use.

4. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use our services.
  • By using our application, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

5. Single-User Access

  • Each account is licensed for single-user access only.
  • Sharing your account credentials with others or allowing multiple users to access the services through your account is strictly prohibited.
  • If a violation of single-user access is detected, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without refund.

6. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to use the application solely for lawful purposes.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
  • You must not misuse the platform, including but not limited to uploading malicious software, unauthorized distribution of our materials, or attempting to access restricted areas.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided on brevph, including but not limited to text, graphics, software, and trademarks, are the intellectual property of brevph. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Payment and Subscription

  • brevph offers a monthly subscription plan for Plus Users, granting access to premium content, unlimited practice questions, and exclusive features such as mock exams.
  • Payment Terms: By subscribing, you authorize brevph to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
  • Cancellation: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your access will revert to the Lite User level.
  • Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to our Refund Policy. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, brevph will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10. No Guarantee of Exam Success

  • brevph provides review materials, mock exams, and support resources to aid in your preparation for board exams, civil service exams, and other assessments. However, brevph does not guarantee that using our services will result in passing any examination.
  • Your exam performance depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, your personal study habits, level of effort, prior knowledge, and the specific requirements of the examination.
  • You agree that you will not hold brevph, its owners, employees, or affiliates liable for any failure to pass your examination, regardless of the nature, difficulty, or content of the exam.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the application at our discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or other legitimate reasons.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Philippines. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bohol, Philippines.
